Currently weigh ~95kg with a 9 rep max.

My all time max was 12 reps at 92kg BW,

I'm aiming to

1) loose ~ 10kg bodyweight over the next year or so,

2) focus in on pull-ups in general and weighted pull-ups specifically,

I think this means I'm in for a shot at this, maybe not.

I'll post weekly training "top set" in the comments when I remember.

I won't trade on this market

  • Update 2026-07-31 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): - Only traditional, pronated, straight bar pull-ups will count towards resolution.

    • Neutral-grip pull-ups are excluded.

Have you tried neutral-grip pull-ups? (And, would you count them for this market?) Personally I can do more with neutral grip, but I imagine it depends on what you train.

@retr0id I have tried them! They're great, very comfortable, I do more reps with them. Good training tool.

I won't count them for this challenge.

Traditional, pronated, Straight bar pull-ups. No particular functional reason for this type besides Schelling point / aesthetic preference:)

Bodyweight: 95->93.9

Nearly at 4 reps for 10min EMOM.

Did a 3 reps EMOM for 10 min,

Really tough!
