Including tests. Including accidental. Thermonuclear explosion counts as 1 nuclear.
If more than 10, resolves to 10.
In case somebody is confused by intervals. 3 explosions would resolve the 3-4 interval to Yes. Left side of the interval matters
do we count any detonations that are for peaceful use, such as landscaping? Since the title contains "weapons", does the question restricts only for military use?
@d_c_ we count any, including landscaping. Not limited to military use. If we try to split them into groups by their purpose - we would not know the real purpose in some cases. ( It is possible to make a statement about landscaping when actually there was an accidental explosion.)
You can theoretically cut down a birch by shooting at it from the AK, but AK does not stop being a weapon when you find alternative usage for it.
At least within this market we will use that approach to naming things.
@KongoLandwalker first relevant situation, let's follow it, there was this news today

@KongoLandwalker yeah, for that kind of happening to be confirmed, it would need more time and better sources, it's something that we wont know in the first hours (unless it is full blown nuclear war)
