Will this Musk tweet hold up? (Giving him the obligatory extra time)
The goal for starship production is currently one new build per day, with reuse up to three times per day each. If that goal is hit (which would be extremely optimistic) then a single year's production of starships would be able to launch ~1200 times per day. While I doubt that we're likely to see that many daily launches even by 2035, I can certainly believe that three weeks worth of production of reusable starships could each launch once for a specific surge like topping up propellant depots for a deep space or Mars mission within 20 years.
@BungalowBernard The factory for producing one starship per day is already built, and I doubt they'd construct that infrastructure otherwise.
