If Trump is on one of these situations:

• dead,

• incapacitated,

• in jail and not on ballot,

• barred from running,

• loses Republican party nomination

• or similar condition taking him out of the race

Then Vivek will be the leading Republican

This can resolve YES early, as soon as Vivek is the leading Republican for at least 3 days.

EDIT Jan 16 2024: This will NA if none of the conditions listed above happens before the election.
