This market resolves YES if the Chinese government officially announces its willingness to send peacekeeping troops to Ukraine before October 1, 2025. This includes statements China's Foreign Ministry, President Xi Jinping, or any official government website. Statements from lower-ranking officials or anonymous sources do not count. Leaks do not count.

Terms like “considering” or “open to” sending troops count as YES. Conditional statements like “China will send peacekeepers if invited by both Russia and Ukraine” also count as YES.

The announcement must explicitly state China's willingness to send peacekeeping forces, not just general support for peace talks.
