Resolution criteria

• Count total bowel movements I have from 12:00 AM on October 1, 2025 through 11:59:59 PM on October 31, 2025, in the local time where each event occurs.(CEST)

• A “bowel movement” = a discrete sit-down that produces stool. Multiple trips within 10 minutes of the previous stool count as one event; stool-free attempts (only gas/urge) do not count. Events spanning midnight are counted by their start time. Accidental passages (not in a toilet) count as an event.

• Resolution: exactly one numeric answer resolves YES—the one equal to my final tally. If my exact number is not listed, resolve to the nearest listed number by absolute difference; ties resolve to the lower number. No N/A.

Considerations

• Illness, medications (e.g., laxatives/antidiarrheals), travel, and major diet changes can materially shift counts.

• If I cross time zones, “local time where the event occurs” applies.

• If I momentarily miss logging, I’ll reconstruct the same day from memory; my final posted tally is authoritative.
