I don't think nintendo should be counted among them as the Switch is not a "9th gen console." It's an 8th gen console that's just been sticking around. It isn't an actual 9th gen.

PlayStation seems to be pretty far ahead at the moment compared to Xbox, likely due to their exclusives library. With only a few years left in the 9th generation, I don't really see Nintendo pulling any moves big enough to shake that market substantially
