What would count as a launch failure. Especially for the starship

Starship test flights 7 and 8 were red - failure, but 3 4 5 & 6 were green success
flight 2 was orange for partial failure which wouldn't count as successful

3 successfully done in first week.
5 planned for next week
Allow a day or 2 for slippage in planned launches then double that for second half of month =16?

5 successfully done by 10th May
4 planned by 16th

7 successfully done in first 12.5 days.
Can they keep up a rate faster than 1 every 2 days?

8 successfully done in first 14 days.
3 planned in next 6 days.

10 successfully done in first 21 days.
5 Falcon9 planned in rest of month.
1 Starship test possibly?

12 successfully done in first 24 days.
4 Falcon9 planned by 30th May.
1 Starship test planned 27th possibly?
