I put a fairly late resolution date on here since there's no official date for the convention yet, but it will probably happen in the summer of 2028.

I know 2028 feels like a long way out, but it does get effected by the way things play out now and in the next election.
If Biden wins another term with Harris as his VP then she becomes sort of the obvious default pick. But of course there are many other ways things can shake out.
