@ChaosIsALadder When they actually combat tested it the range was ~300km and there has been no news of a launch since the summer when Russia also claimed to have destroyed the factories. Since the one claimed combat launch wasn't from the front line, it couldn't have met the resolution criteria, and a Yes resolution is looking very unlikely.
