Barghouti is serving five life sentences for various murders he was directly involved in (not to mention dozens of other attacks he organized but got off on since there wasn't direct evidence linking him to those specific attacks). I don't see him getting out, especially after what happened when Israel released Sinwar in the Shalit deal.
