This market will resolve to the party of the candidate sworn in as the 44th Governor of Iowa. If the new governor is Republican/GOP (or if Kim Reynolds wins), the market will resolve "Republican". If the new governor is a Democrat, the market will resolve "Democrat". If a candidate is sworn in but does not have clear affiliations with the aforementioned parties, the market will resolve "Third Party/Other". Only if no election is held or if a governor is not sworn in will the market resolve N/A.
