@NzJack0n Not quite ready to launch, sadly. It's almost there! I had a lot of adventures in the last couple months so I don't feel too bad.

I will provide an update later on, but I am chugging through the stuff that needs finishing. Internally I give myself 50/50 on if I launch (ad spend) before end of year

I wake up, I do some work, I realize there's more work than I thought. It's annoying, but this markets existence does juice my motivation a bit.

I made a lot of progress recently. My spirits are a little lifted. I am trying to be pessimistic on odds because I'm like a year delayed at this point, but I feel more confident I can do my first advertising spend before the end of the year.

I hope to lose my mana on this trade. Have fun!

@ChaosIsALadder I appreciate the offer but there is not much people can do to help, it's really specialized stuff I am doing. I have had a stressed couple weeks, not as productive as I hoped. I have polished 5 machines that needed polishing though. I still have to finish that final AD lab and videos. There's still a couple security things I need to patch.

Finished active directory lab machine today. One more AD lab, three regular labs, ten videos, and a security audit still to go

soft launch, start a discord server, post it around, gather support, incrementally build it, dont worry about one big launch and perfection

Good morning. Today I plan on creating a new active directory lab. Half the time I do this I throw away my work by end of day, but sometimes I do end up with a nice lab machine.

I am trying to force social pressure on me as a motivator to finish. I'll post updates in this thread. Today I reviewed the five existing AD machines to make sure everything works fine. I did not get as much done today as I had planned.
