Answers must be of the form "On or after <date>", otherwise I will resolve them N/A.

Answers will resolve YES if the listed date has passed and Deltarune Chapter 3 has NOT released. If Deltarune Chapter 3 is released, then I will resolve all remaining answers NO.

Fine print:

I will be using PST for the purposes of resolving this market.

Only an official release of Deltarune Chapter 3 counts, and the entire chapter must be present. It may be released alongside other chapters.

In the unlikely circumstance that Toby abandons the chapter system and releases the rest of Deltarune in an undifferentiated form, or something else weird happens, I will resolve all remaining answers N/A.
