As far as I know, Telegram is the first messenger to create "anonymous phone numbers" that can be used for registration. These numbers are represented by NFTs, so their ownership can be checked by any other project.

Resolves YES if at end of 2024 there is some project that is not Telegram, has at least 50 users and uses Telegram anonymous numbers for authorization. Resolves NO otherwise.
