You state that you may resolve YES early. With the cancellation, would it be unreasonable to ask for an early NO resolution? Given that turnaround times for planning and such are considerable.

@JussiVilleHeiskanen what cancelation is this? If it has been officially cancelled, an early NO does sound reasonable, but my impression is that it is not cancelled yet?

@Amaryllis Jesus, I am sorry. I double checked, and as is often the case, I misread something related. It is the Columbia River Crossing project that is cancelled. Total swing and a miss by me. Apologies.
