This market resolves YES if someone posts in the comments that they bought a RTX 3090 for less than $300, and report that the unit is working. By doing so they agree to receive some follow-up questions from me.

To be accepted, the comment must include a link to a public listing for the unit that was bought. Buying the unit from e.g. a friend doesn't count.
