The beloved FixedPoint villa will not belong to the Czech EAs anymore in a few days.

Apparently, someone at Epistea (an adjacent organisation) is searching for it.

There is no replacement so far and there will almost certainly not be one by the end of August.

The castle and the Epistea space are not viable options, due to conflicts/low communication in the wider rat/EA space in Czechia and the funding situation.
