The Wayback Machine (https://web.archive.org/) is an easily accessible archive of the Internet.
Resolves NO if the Wayback Machine stops operating before 7/1/25 for any reason. Also resolves NO if the Wayback Machine still exists but is substantially diminished (e.g. if all archived versions of websites not operated by nonprofits are removed).
Otherwise resolves YES. For example, if the Wayback Machine still operates but is renamed "the internet timetraveller" and moves to a new URL, that's a YES. Temporary downtime, with stated intent to restore operation, will also resolve YES.
I will use my best judgement.
