For the purposes of this market, if the game releases on a platform within a week of the first official release date, I'll consider that close enough to being available on release, and the answer will resolve YES. Resolves on actual release, not on announcement of release date.
If more than a week passes and it hasn't been released on that platform the answer will resolve NO.
