This market resolves to “Yes” if the number of reported power outages in the state of California exceeds 500 during the calendar month of July 2025 (from July 1, 12:00 AM to July 31, 11:59 PM PT), according to the outage tracker published by PowerOutage.us.

Minor and momentary outages count toward the total. The resolution will be based on publicly available, verifiable data from PowerOutage.us or equivalent credible aggregator.
