2025 Formula 1 Season: Teammate Tussles and Championship Dreams

The 2025 Formula One World Championship is set to be one of the most compelling in recent memory, with a radically reshuffled driver market introducing fascinating new teammate rivalries across the grid. As drivers battle for supremacy over a full season, the ultimate measure of success will be their final position in the official Drivers' Championship standings.

Resolution Criteria

Each option in this market pertains to a specific driver pairing. The position will be determined by the final, official FIA Formula One World Drivers' Championship standings at the conclusion of the 2025 season.

  • An option will resolve as YES if the first-named driver finishes the season with more championship points than their teammate.

  • An option will resolve as NO if the second-named driver finishes with more points.

  • In the event of a tie on points: The driver who is awarded the higher final championship position by the FIA will be deemed the winner. This is determined by a countback system, where the driver with the greater number of race wins is ranked higher. If wins are equal, it will be decided by the most second-place finishes, and so on, until a difference is found.

  • The final classification stands regardless of whether a driver completes the season with their original team.

    Considerations

Unlike a single Grand Prix, a season-long result is influenced by a wider range of factors:

    • Reliability and Development: A car's consistency and the team's ability to effectively upgrade it throughout the long season are critical. A string of DNFs can ruin a driver's championship hopes.

    • Driver Consistency:
