Resolves YES if Elon Musk, by Dec 31, 2024 (11:59PM AoE), pays out the $47/$100 (depending on when they signed up) as promised to every single person who signed the petition, as well as those who referred the petition.
Any deviation (e.g. announcement that it was $100 when they agreed to sign up, but then they obtained $47 because of a change of policy afterward) resolves to a NO.
A ruling that Musk's petition is illegal and therefore payouts cannot be given resolves to a NO.
