Resolves YES if, on or before 11:59 pm ET on November 4, 2025, Eric Adams publicly announces he is ending or suspending his 2025 New York City mayoral campaign,

Acceptable evidence: an official statement by Adams or his campaign, corroborating reports by major outlets (e.g., AP), removal from the NYC Board of Elections certified candidate list, or NYC Campaign Finance Board records showing termination of his 2025 mayoral committee. If he drops out but remains on the printed ballot due to deadlines, this still resolves YES. Otherwise resolves NO
