Resolves YES if, on or before 2025-09-30 23:59:59 UTC, Bitcoin (BTC) in USD prints at least $130,000 on the following price pages (intraday highs count; a close above is not required):
Coinbase BTC-USD: https://www.coinbase.com/price/bitcoin
Resolves NO if the threshold is not reached by the deadline.
