It is widely understood that law enforcement in the U.S. are allowed to lie about available evidence with witnesses or suspects during interviews/interrogations. Will law enforcement be accused of using AI generated evidence (audio, video, images, text) when interviewing witnesses/suspects? An example of reasons may be to garner a confession or cooperation.

Edit: To clarify: the accusation must be credible. I would consider a major news outlet (AP, NYT, WSJ, etc.) reporting on a specific accusation of a specific department or unit. Not someone making unfounded accusations on Twitter/X.
