This market resolves to YES if the U.S. Department of Education continues to exist as a Cabinet-level federal agency by December 31, 2025. It resolves to NO if the department is officially abolished, dismantled, or reduced to a non-Cabinet level entity through legislative action or executive reorganization.

Resolution will be based on official government announcements, enacted legislation, or executive orders that definitively determine the department's status.
