This market shall resolve to Yes in the event that Eric Adams resigns from, is removed from, or otherwise vacates the office of Mayor of New York, New York, prior to the End Date listed below.

A circumstance in which Mr. Adams is temporarily suspended as Mayor shall not be sufficient to resolve this market to Yes.
