Buying yes because of the relatively short span of time. I could be wrong, but I’m betting the new guy in charge is going to be overly cautious (at least for the next couple of years) for the same reason the Party leadership is unlikely to replace him so fast; that level of losing face, especially considering how public their current entanglement has been, can make people question current leadership. No one wants to rock that boat too hard, at least not that quickly.

I haven’t done much research on this guy or the situation in general, just talking from instinct.

@NADZOR I think the bigger issue will/would be his past conduct rather than what he does in office.
