This market resolves YES if there is credible evidence (from major news organizations or official government statements) that Chinese military personnel are stationed at or operating the Panama Canal before March 1st, 2025 (and after November 5th 2024). Currently, Panamanian President José Raúl Mulino has explicitly denied any Chinese military presence.
