Wizards pulled official support for Judge Academy at the end of 2023. Two new nonprofit organizations sprung up to take over; Judge Foundry for North America, and the International Judge Program for everywhere else. They're both trying to get some support from Wizards, but there's nothing official yet.

A new distribution of old promos does not count, even if recently-printed. It must actually be a new design. It does not have to be affiliated with any particular judge organization, or widely available. For example if Wizards comes out with a new design that only goes to people who judged the Pro Tour this year, that would still count.
