Resolution criteria:
This market will resolve to "Yes" if, before January 1, 2026, a credible source reports that the revelation of the alleged Pentagon program "Immaculate Constellation" has led to the detention of any individual. A credible source is defined as a reputable news organization or an official government statement. If no such report is made by the specified date, the market will resolve to "No."
Background:
In October 2024, reports emerged alleging the existence of a secretive Pentagon program named "Immaculate Constellation," purportedly established to collect and analyze data on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs), commonly known as UFOs. According to these reports, the program was designed to "detect" and "quarantine" high-quality UFO imagery, videos, eyewitness testimonies, and other compelling evidence. The program allegedly began in response to the 2017 leak of three unexplained U.S. Navy encounters with UFOs. (newstarget.com)
A whistleblower claimed that "Immaculate Constellation" operates as an Unacknowledged Special Access Program (USAP), allowing it to function without standard Congressional oversight. The whistleblower's report described the program as a "strategic intelligence program" aimed at managing UAP-related issues without Congressional knowledge or authorization. (internewscast.com)
The Pentagon has officially denied the existence of any program by the name "Immaculate Constellation." A spokesperson stated, "The Department of Defense has no record, present or historical, of any type of SAP [Special Access Program] called 'Immaculate Constellation.'" (theconfessionalspodcast.com)
As of April 30, 2025, there have been no publicly reported instances of individuals being detained in connection with the revelation of the "Immaculate Constellation" program.
