Inspired by tweet. Will Twitter's direct messages between users be leaked as a result of a containment breach by the end of 2024

i.e. There is some issue on Twitter/X side which allows a third party to view DMs between other users. Hacked accounts where access is achieved by accessing the accounts themselves will not count.
