Liam McArthur MSP introduced a Member’s Bill to the Scottish Parliament on 27th March 2024. The bill proposes to allow eligible terminally ill adults in Scotland to be provided with assistance to end their own life.
This question will resolve YES if the bill is passed by final vote in the Scottish Parliament before midnight 1st January 2026. The question resolves NO, otherwise.
