This resolves YES if the National Labor Relations Board (or any successor organization) recognizes a union at any Walmart store located in any US state or the District of Columbia.

Fine print:

1. The unionized employees must be employed by Walmart or a subsidiary of Walmart.

2. The store must be branded as a "Walmart" store in some way; "Walmart Supercenter" or "Walmart Neighborhood Market" both count.
