This question resolves Yes if a block similar to the one described in this video gets added in one of the future updates this year, not as part of april fools update or any kind of devs joke.

I will consider block similar and resolve if it lets the player quickly warp to a specific location of player's choise in end dimension without it being a glitch. I don't think that differences in crafting recipe or textures or similar little changes matter for this question. I don't consider any existing feature as fitting this definition. Please tell me if you think this resolution criteria is unclear.
